Crew Parents and Rowers:
We wanted to give everyone a heads up to start thinking about spring break. The coaches are attempting to put together a spring break trip to Camp Bob Cooper in South Carolina. If they are successful, the trip would run from Thursday, March 19th – Tuesday, March 24th. If the trip is not feasible for this year, the coaches would like to hold practice, hopefully on the Potomac, weather permitting, during the same time here in D.C. So, if at all possible, please SAVE THE DATES! They hope to have a good idea about whether the trip is feasible by mid to late next week. In addition, in the next few days I will be sending out a notice for the mandatory, pre-season crew meeting for parents and rowers which will take place in early February. Practice is scheduled to begin February 23.
